1. Complete the design and development of the project's power transmission system, and output high-quality work according to the structural design and development process;
2. Complete finite element simulation analysis of product stress and fatigue.
3. Conduct research and innovation on existing technologies to break down technological barriers;
4. Responsible for sample making, mold opening, trial molding, trial production, and mass production in product development, resolving technical issues that arise during the process, and organizing and coordinating improvements;
5. Complete the writing and archiving of various technical materials;
6. Collaborate with other departments and structure related work.
Job Requirements
1. More than 5 years of experience in power transmission system design and development, proficient in precision and complex transmission system design, with experience in gear reducer design and mass production.
2. More than 5 years of experience in finite element simulation of product stress and fatigue, able to identify early design risks through simulation, assist structural design engineers in optimizing structural design, and have experience in successfully introducing multiple products into mass production.
3. Have a good foundation in mechanics and the ability to analyze mechanical theories. Capable of conducting structural analysis, selecting raw materials, and defining manufacturing processes for power components.
4. Capable of selecting motors according to product definition requirements and coordinating with suppliers to determine motor parameters.
5. Familiar with mold structures and forming processes such as injection molding, die-casting, and stamping, and familiar with various machining processes. Have a considerable understanding of the finished product assembly process; Familiar with various surface treatment processes.
6. Familiar with the structure design and development process of consumer products, with strong control ability for important process nodes.
7. Proficient in design software such as PROE or Solidworks, KISSsoft, ANSYS or ABQUS, CAD, etc. Solid knowledge in mechanical engineering, proficient in tolerance analysis and part CPK knowledge;
8. Good execution ability and sense of responsibility, proactive in work, outgoing personality, strong communication, expression, and analytical skills. Can adapt to overtime and business trips.
9. Experience in designing well-known transmission module manufacturers or designing complete robot transmission systems is preferred.
