Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to ensure the achievement of company sales targets.
Manage and train the sales team, enhancing their overall sales capabilities and performance.
Analyze market trends, understand competitor dynamics, and develop effective market entry and competition strategies.
Expand new customer resources, maintain relationships with existing clients, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate internal resources to provide customers with high-quality product and service solutions.
Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics to senior management and propose improvement measures.
Job Requirements
Over 8 years of sales management experience, with a sales team size of 30-50 people. Experience in large enterprises with over 1,000 employees, achieving a compound annual growth rate of >= 20%.
Experience in B2B sales management in the 3C electronics, smart home, smart hardware, cameras, and smart lock industries. Experience in electronics manufacturing or security industries is preferred.
Extensive experience in overseas market development. Proficient in sales team management, key account negotiation strategies, and channel distribution system building.
Experience living overseas. Fluent in English.
Skilled in sales talent development and motivation.
